Banding - Banding is done in the Fall before the arrival of the
first frost which is usually early to late September.
Reapplication- Reapplication is done in Spring, usually mid
March to the beginning of April.
Removal - Bands are removed between the middle of May
and beginning of June. The price for removal is one dollar per tree.

Sizing
small - a tree whose trunk you can fit your fingertips/hand around.
medium - a tree whose trunk you can fit your arms around and touch your hands together.
large- a tree whose trunk you cannot fit your arms around.
